We’ll leave the flying to the pilots 🙂
Thank you, ABX, for this great experience!
Air Cargo would like to thank Job, Anthony and Mohamed for the outstanding summer work! We were blessed to have such a great group of people participate in the ACE Program.
Air Cargo worked with the Wisconsin DOT, ACE program, a summer employment and learning opportunity for high school students in Milwaukee. ACE promotes aviation and space education and provides students with experiences in aviation-related jobs. ACE is the result of partnerships between industry, schools, and government.
Why is ACE important?
- Promotes aviation/space education, including career opportunities.
- Encourages students to succeed in school by making classwork more meaningful.
- It gives students experiences in aviation-related jobs, which help them realize that aviation careers are within their reach.
- Encourages youth to start planning their future, set career goals, and plan how they will get there.
- Assists employers in developing the next generation of skilled workers in aviation.
- Promotes collaboration with educators and schools in support of aviation initiatives.
You can learn more about the ACE program here: https://wisconsindot.gov/Pages/doing-bus/aeronautics/education/ace.aspx
