Parts Clerk

This position is responsible for receiving and inspecting all incoming parts, verifying invoices/packing sheets, stocking, and inventory of aircraft parts. This position works closely with mechanics, numerous vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent computer skills.
Physically able to lift at least 75 lbs.
Ability to organize and track inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform parts search from aircraft parts manual and retrieve parts from stock shelves.
Stock inventory.
Shipping and receiving inventory.
Track packages and log all shipments.
Core returns.
Maintain cleanliness of parts room.
Other jobs as assigned by supervisor or management.

Typical working conditions:

Working in hangar/stockroom, subjected to noise/fumes due to proximity of airport runways & hangar work environment.

Valid Driver License, required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history records check.

Typically, Mon-Fri, 7 am – 3:30pm
