Air Cargo Carriers maintenance department is comprised of highly trained and skilled, FAA certified Airframe & Power plant technicians. Our technicians, of which several maintain Inspection Authorization (I.A.), have over 30 years of Shorts aircraft experience. The department is primarily responsible for maintaining our fleet located throughout the Continental US and Caribbean.

Air Cargo Carriers operates a full service maintenance base with 2 Hangars at General Mitchell International Airport (KMKE) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We also operate a Satellite Maintenance Facility in Punta Gorda, FL (KPDG) serving company needs as well as local airport maintenance service.

With 27 full time technicians on staff, our experienced team schedules and performs: inspections, avionics installs, engine and prop changes, and full sheet metal shop duties to the fleet.  We also provide on call technical support, full maintenance and training to other Shorts operators throughout the world.
