ACC has installed a new Phone System

To better service our customers, business associates and employees, Air Cargo Carriers recently installed a new state-of-the-art phone solution. Callers will notice new options to aid in directing their call and our employees will have many more tools available to provide a higher level of customer service. Some of the changes the caller will notice right away are:
  • New 4 digit extensions (“7” was added at the beginning of all extensions. If you were used to calling an ACC employee at Ext. 444, you will now dial 7444). This change allows for a more a more user friendly Automated Attendant.
  • New Dial-by-Name Directory. When in the Automated Attendant, Dial * to access this feature. Using the alphanumeric buttons on your phone, punch in the first three letters of the individuals last name to be connected to your desired contact at ACC.
  • New Automated Attendant. We increased the functionality of the Automated Attendant to ensure the caller will reach the individual or department they require.
  • Calls directed to our Dispatch Department, (Option 1 or Extension 600) will be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Please take some time to become familiar with our new Automated Attendant and become familiar with the options and features it has to offer.
